Fail to Publish LMS: Error in the last quarter slide!

Jun 15, 2011

Hello,

I'm having a serious problem in mine latest publications. These kind of problem wasn't frequent, but it is now.

Here is the situation:

When I publish my project something happens: An error in the last quarter slide!

Everytime! On several projects! Why this is happening now?

I contacted  the Articulate's support several times and I always receive the same possible solutions.

The solutions are:

- Do not use shared folders or drives

- Do not use very large names in the folder way

- Repair the Articulate

- Repair the Microsoft Office

- Activate the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

- And many others solutions that didn't work.

I don't know what else to do.

This error is delaying my entire work (production). It's pure prejudice!

I need your help Heroes!!!!!

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Hi Octavio and welcome to Heroes! Can you please provide some more detail about what the error is? Can you add a screenshot so we can see what's happening? Can you please create a screencast showing me the issue that you are experiencing?

Launch our web-based screen recorder here:

Copy and paste the URL into this forum thread so I can see what's happening.

Hi Justin!

Thanks for your help.

Check the screencast: http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/screencast.php?screencastid=07978f9ab101435cb90a3c7e9eab50bf

I try to publish on CD too and the error continues.

I'm impatient, because none of the solutions they gave me is working. I really don't want to regret about buying the Articulate...

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards!

Hi Justin!

I've tried using this process. I had created a image to replace the objects that were on the problematic slide.

But the error continues.

I uploded my project follow the link: http://upload.articulate.com/2010/AutoCoaching-20110616-0907.rar

My number case: #00227968.

What can be?

Please help me.

Thanks!
