I purchased Articulate Studio in 2013 and has been using it. However since two months ago, I could no longer work on it. When I try to reactivate using the activation code, received the message saying I have exceeded the number of activation allowed for the license.
The email sent to articulate support bounced back.
Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with this. Unfortunately, if your activation has been maxed out, you will need to reach out to our support team if you are unable to de-activate a different machine. Each user is allowed to utilize 2.
