File structure of previous developer

Hi there,

I have just started with a new company and we have Presenter 09, Engage 09, and Quizmaker 09.  I am struggling with understanding how to update current materials.  I have followed a video from this site that advises to go into the PowerPoint of the course where it is with all its files - then  go to File - send as articulate package.  I then open up this zip and I am unable to change engage interactions and there is no audio.

As well I need some help in finding tutorials to figure out how to start a project with the right file structure to support change in content and among other developers.  We woudl like to add interactions, images etc.  I started a new project in a folder on a shared drive and tried to add an engage interactions, but it can't find the interaction to make changes to it?  Is there some learning that you can suggest?  I added an interaction, tried to edit it and it says it can't find the .itr file.  Not sure I understand how the program creates and stores what it uses.  Please help!!!
