Has anyone noticed that certain SCORM packages that have been published since the last update to presenter, aren't working with Moodle?
They are uploading most of the way and then just hanging, not completing the upload. I even left it going overnight last night as it was a pretty big file... just in case... no joy! So I tested with a much smaller package this morning and I am still having the same issue with anything that contains video.
Is this an known error and how long before you fix it please Articulate?
I've tested it in SCORM cloud - it works ok, but that is not particularly helpful. Articulate do have a habit of releasing updates that cause more problems that they have fixed. I'd like to know how I can revert back to the previous version of presenter so that I can publish in the pre update version in order to rule that out?
If the file is working in the SCORM Cloud, then you would need to troubleshoot with Moodle. There are members here who use Moodle who may be able to jump in with some ideas. You may also want to look at the information here.
I'd like to note that I have STILL not been able to resolve this issue, and have proved beyond all doubt that the issue is with Articulate and not Moodle. A package that was published in 2013 will upload with no issues at all, while I can publish the exact same course today and it will not upload. I am thoughroughly dissappointed with the 'support service' being offered by articulate, this is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE.
No. The issue is with Articulate, I'd like articulate to fix it instead of trying to palm it off elsewhere because you don't know how to answer the query.
I am downloading a free trial of iSpring suite right now, you are very close to loosing my custom entirely. I've had enough!
If you would like you can send your information to our support team for a closer look. We will be happy to test the file in the SCORM Cloud for you and see if there is anything we can find in the back end.
Hi Faye, any chance you have changed the file in anyway such as adding a special character to the name or spaces to the identifier. If it works in Scormcloud it should work fine in Moodle
Nope - I've tested this theory with several different files. Old, pre update version works fine but anything published in the most recent version, containing a video, won't work.

Hello Faye,
Have you tried to load these into the SCORM Cloud? You may want to test it there to see if it is an issue with the file or Moodle.
And I am sure others with Moodle experience may jump in to assist.

Hi Faye,
Sorry to hear you are still having issues. Have you reached out to the Moodle help team for assistance?

I would open a support case, also perhaps look at reinstalling as you may have a corrupt file (unlikely as it works in ScormCloud)
Support case open! I've already tried re-installing to no avail... thanks for trying to offer some practical help Phil.
Thanks for reaching out to our support team Faye (00550065). You should be hearing from someone soon.
