I'm using Parallels/W7, Office Pro 2007, and Articulate 9 on a MacBook Pro. When publishing a presentation, objects with a color fill revert to white. I've tried deleting then recreating the object (in this case, a rectangle) to no avail. Any suggestions?
You might want to start by confirming that your system's DPI is set to 96. If that doesn't resolve it, this article lists some incremental steps you can take to get around unusual behavior. And finally, if you're still experiencing the trouble, we'd be happy to take a look and see what's going on. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
