I have a Presenter '13 presentation that works properly on the iPad app except the finish button at the end of the presentation, which also happens to be the end of a Quizmaker quiz does not function. I have it set to go to a new URL.
Also--on my PC computer with Firefox as the preferred browser, my presenter file which is set to open in a new window without browser controls, do so, but the window winds up behind any open windows, making it hard to find...you hear the audio but have to poke around for it.
To add on to my original post, I just ran the presentation on a Mac OSX, using the Safari web browser and the Finish button does not function there either...I have some other troubles with the same Quizmaker quiz which the Finish button comes at the end of. Not sure if its related but throughout this quiz, the "submit" buttons on each slide behave erratically...they don't work after the first survey choice is made, you have to go back click a different choice and then reselect your original choice to get the submit button to work...at other times you can leave your original choice, but have to click Submit repeatedly to get it to work. Is this a known issue?

Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.

When I used iPad, the problem like you encountered. I changed the Side Bar on the right hand side.
Then the result was getting better.
