I have a PowerPoint presentation that I plan on publishing using Articulate Presenter. I have all slide set to advance automatically, and have added an audio file to my playlist under Presentation Options and set it to loop. When I preview my presentation for Presenter, the first slide never advances automatically. The audio continues to play, but the first slide does not advance automatically. I can't figure out what I am missing. Can you help?
We'd love to be able to take a look at your project files and help figure out what might be causing this. Sounds like it'll be a simple setting. Are you able to share the files with us? You can create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
