After reviewing the Review 360 link, a couple of reasons come to mind that might explain what is taking place.
The sequence could be off due to how the navigation of the course is set. It could be associated triggers causing this or how the structure of the scenes in Story View. We have a great resource that provides more details on this:
For the second slide, it looks like custom navigation buttons are in use for this course. Was the previous button possibly removed on this slide?
