I've inserted a flash movie into my Articulate presention. It is only 2 mins long however, the seekbar stalls at about 1:20. The presentation is published at the 30fps settings. What can I do to stop this?
Any chance you could send us the files so we can take a look? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Hi Peter--
Thanks for your quick response but due to my work, those files cannot be shared.
I did a test and changed the standard 30 fps to 15 fps. It seemed to help
with the movies stalling but now my annotations are lagging.
Hi Takeya,
Have you tested the video outside of Presenter? Do you have anything else going on with the slide - animations, audio, annotations?
I've played the movie outside of Presenter and it played fine. When I published the movie at 30fps it stalls. When I changed it to 15fps, played fine.
There is nothing else on the slide. Just the flash movie.
Hey Takeya,
If you're not able to send us your files, I'd still recommend opening a ticket with our support team so they can try to help you troubleshoot.
