I have recently been unable to use Articulate Studio '13 because I cannot download Flash Player 10. The error I receive is: "Flash Player 10 or higher for Internet Explorer is required to run Articulate Presenter Authoring. Would you like to go to a web page to download it now?" So when I try to download it, I receive a message that Flash Player was unable to register. I am using Google Chrome for most Flash-related web pages, but this doesn't help me with Articulate Studio. Any suggestions? Work arounds? Help!!
Thank you Leslie. That did solve the problem of receiving that message. But now nothing on the Articulate ribbon opens. I click any of the options and nothing happens.
Hi Leslie - I am having this problem again, and I have re-installed 3 times already. It is not working, and I am getting the same error. Any other possible solutions?
You are back to the Flash error? Very strange. I would encourage you to reach out to our support team here. They may need to check error logs to get to the bottom of this.

Hi Michelle!
If you update to the latest update to Presenter '13, this should alleviate this issue.

Someone didn't want you working on a Friday Michelle :)
Perhaps something went awry during the update, please conduct a repair and you should be back in working order.
Hallelujah! That did it. You're right though, maybe I shouldn't be working on it today!
Glad that helped Michelle! Have a great weekend :)
