I get the above message when trying to use Presenter 13 even though I have a later version of Flash player installed. It is preventing me from using Presenter.
This started happening yesterday, before then no related problems at all.
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
If you also have Articulate Replay, you should install its latest update as well.
I tried this fix and Update 5 is installed but when I try to click on "Help and Support", "Flash" or "Video" on the Presenter 13 ribbon in Powerpoint I get the same old message as title of this thread. Engage and Quizmaker buttons work and I can confirm they are on Update 5.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Studio 13 - updated to Flash 16 through the Adobe link - no luck.
Thanks for the update Nick! Glad that you're back to good.
Alison, if you are working with the latest issue Flash and updated your Studio '13 to the latest update, I'd encourage you to reach out to our support team here.

Hi Leslie and Alison,
I applied Update 5 and the issue was resolved.
Sorry Alison, I can't give you any help. I'm sure Leslie can though.
