I just recently started getting notice that flash player 10 or above is needed for IE for Presenter....I have the newest Flash player installed and did reinstall it BUT still get the same message
I am getting the same message to update flash, which I did. I continue to get the error, so I chose the latest update. When I attempt the update it tells me "the installed version of the application could not be determined. The set up will now terminate?"
Hi Stephen! I apologize for not sharing the solution here for others that may run across this thread.
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
I installed the Flash Player update for Storyline and Studio 13, now I receive an error message for Presenter 09. This is also causing Power Point to lock up and shut down. Any suggestions?

What is the error that you are receiving?
You cannot run both Studio '09 and Studio '13 on the same computer.
