Flash Player Security and Web Object Issue

I'm updating an Articulate Presentation for the first time since I upgraded to IE10.  On one of the slides I have a web object inserted.  This object opens fine when I preview just the slide.  However, when I view the published course it doesn't open.  I suspect it has something to do with the Flash Player warning message I get when I first open the course.

However, when I click on settings, I don't see anything that appears to fix this. 

I'm sure it's something very simple that I'm overlooking, I'm just not tech savvy enough to figure it out.  Can anyone please help?
