flash video not playing in Presenter
Jan 16, 2017
I have a flash video embedded in one of the slides of a course made in Presentation 13. When I pull up the file locally after publishing it, I can see the video. However, when I move the course to our server so our students can access it, the video disappears. This just happened after changing server hosting companies. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but before the hosting change, we could see the video. Now we cannot. Any ideas what might be happening, or does this sound like an issue with the server?
Thank you for any advice you might have,
Jesse

I found the issue. When I posted this question, these posts popped up:

Even though the videos were flv and the flv MIME was activated, the mp4 video MIME wasn't activated.
Gotta love that Related Content panel :) Glad that you were able to find what you needed Jesse and thanks for linking the other threads and updating us.
