If your courses are running fine outside of your LMS, it's most likely an issue with the LMS. You may want to take a look at this great article on troubleshooting Articulate/LMS issues:


If you feel the issue is related to something within your course, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server so our support engineers can take a closer look. You can review how to do this here:
