Flashplayer issues
Jan 14, 2015
I am using Studio 13 on Windows 8.1 64 bit. I have used this regularly for some time. Suddenly, I am unable to preview or publish as I receive the attached message.
Selecting no does nothing so selecting yes takes me to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-8.html where I selected
•Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 8.1 (64-bit machine). After downloading the link I receive this message.
I still cannot preview or publish now. I rebooted my computer but same results. Any suggestions?

Michael Rayment

Worked it out but solution might help others. I reloaded to the newer version and all works well now.
The newer version of what? I have IE 11. I keep getting the same message everytime I open PowerPoint. I downloaded and installed the flash player. Reopen powerpoint, same message. I try to ignore, but I can't publish.
Hi, I have the same problem.
By updating Articulate 13 version to "update 5", I could make the software work. But, for some reasons, I want to keep the Articulate 13 version being "update 2". Is there any solution?
I also wanted to keep my version at update 2 because the newer update didn't publish properly to our LMS. I can't remember if it was a previous update or an older one that caused the LMS problem. I will have to test this version. That flash player warning was very irritating.
Hi all,
You'll need to use the latest update of Presenter '13, as Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. Published content isn’t impacted.
To address this issue, we added support for Flash Player 16 in Update 5 for Presenter.
