We have published Articulate files that we've deployed to stores over a terminal server method.
The Articulate files launch but if it comes to a place where I've inserted a flv video file, the video won't play.
Our IT folks have confirmed that flv. flles won't launch with our current configuration. They've asked if there' s another format the video files may saved and used in. I've told them I don't believe so.
How do you insert into your ppt deck? Under the Articulate dropdown option, it lists "Insert Flash Movie" as the only option? When I try to locate to attach an MP4 video, it doesn't appear? What am I missing?
We didn't add support for MP4 files until Update 5 of the Articulate software (version 6.2.907.1413). So, I'd recommend verifying that you have the latest version first. If you continue to have issues, please let me know.
Can you try creating a new folder on your Desktop & then publishing to that new folder? Let me know if that resolves the issue.
If you continue to have problems, make sure you're using the latest version of the Flash Player in the browser that you're using to view the presentation.

Articulate supports SWF, FLV and MP4 so you may want to try one of the other formats.

Much thanks for your response.

When I check Presenter, my version states: V6.3.1005.1623. It would seem to meet the criteria?
This is my dropdown from my ppt deck. I only see the Flash Movie option?
Stand by Brian...I may be all set.
Was able to insert a MP4 file into the slide using the same process as I would for a Flash Movie (Thanks Dave Anderson screencast).
When I preview the slide, the movie appears and plays fine.
After publishing, the movie is not visible in the slide?
