Hi Craig. Are you publishing the presentation from the same computer? I haven't personally seen this issue before so I would recommend sending us your project files so we can help you out.
Hey Craig. If that is the case, then the person having the publishing issue is probably going to need to install the font. The only time a font should be replaced is if the font is not available on the computer. So the person who doesn't have a problem needs to send the person with the problem the fonts and then install them.
It appears that the person publishing does have the font installed on their computer - it is present when we publish to SCORM, and is visible in the .pptx file.

Regarding whether it's being published from the same computer: i don't believe so, but will check.
