Font shrinks, adds spaces and more

Jun 07, 2012

I have a PPT a client created.  There are some text boxes that they have with underline words.  After publishing, those words and shrunk down and off to the right.

There are also case notations that have extra spaces.

This is just all Ariel font and not anything too crazy.

They look fine on the PPT.

Have you see thins type of thing?

Thanks!

Hi,

Yes and no.  I used both the Macro change and individual change and even the X axis change and it seemed to fix some but not all.

There are a lot of superscripts and small notes in this pres.  And the client says they think it is "blurry" in some font areas.  I'm pumping up the image compression to lossless and will go from there.  I need to see what the file sizes are afterwards.

Two more questions: 1) Should I try this in Storyline?  Will that help?  I don't know if I should spring that on them last minute.

2) I changed the compression setting on my Quiz in quizmaker, but it never seems to stay where I put it.  I changed the audio bit rate and saved and it always goes back to default.  Thoughts?

Thanks!!!

Thanks guys, got through it.  I ran the macro but it didn't seem to do anything to the fonts.  I did use both the .1 font spacing times and where that didn't work the X axis flip.  It wasn't perfect with the Format X Axis, and you lose the builds but it kept the superscripts in place and the spacing was better.

Thank you for your quick help and tips!

Geo
