Is there a way to make a course always resume at the same place the learner left it from? I know there is the prompt to resume option, but I want to make the resume happen automatically. I don’t want to give the learner a choice.
Articulate doesn't currently support a "forced resume" option. If you'd like to see that feature added to a future release, please submit a feature request to us by using the link below:
Hi Adam. Unfortunately it's not possible to force a resume but this is something we're looking into for future products. I would recommend submitting a feature request if that's something you would like to see.
This thread is pretty old, so I would like to reopen Adam's question. Is there a way to programmatically (a trigger I suppose) initiate the same action as selecting "do not resume" when the SCO is first opened? That is, can I reset the progress and any variables holding state as if the "do no resume" selection had been made, but as a result of user action mid-session?
The use case would be that the user exceeded the maximum number of attempts at a quiz and the entire module must be started over. (Sadistic, I know.)

OK, thanks Brian. I'll add a feature request for that.
