I inherited a Presenter course upon employment that worked well prior to publishing. We are testing an LMS, and I published the original file to SCORM, uploaded it to the LMS, and now the tables in the course are not formatted correctly, so the annotations are not aligned, etc... Any suggestions on what I could have done wrong or could do to correct the problem?
Hi Karen and welcome to Heroes! Could you attach an example slide to your reply here? If you can't, feel free to send us your project files here and we'll be happy to take a look.
If you are using the Tables feature in PPT . . . they can act a little weird (a lot of formatting in there). I prefer using the tables feature to design the table, but then save the table as an image before I publish and then I do not have any issues, as all Presenter is doing at that time is recalling the image instead of rebuilding a table.
Hey Justin thank you for the offer. Ron, your suggestion worked beautifully. Because I inherited this course, I had to go back to the source to see how it was designed. When I saved the table as an image and placed it back in the slide, it worked! And... the annotations remained. How delightful! Now I need to fix the remaining 10 Chapters. Thanks a million!
