I am having the hardest time getting my Articulate Presenter (includes some quizzes) to work with Blackboard 9. I am uploading it as a SCORM 2004 3rd edition file. It accepts the file, but when I launch it the player works up until it hits a quiz and then shows a blank screen and locks everything up. Other times it just loads a gray frame at the top that says "resume" or "quit" and "click links on the left" and a blank page. I am uploading it to Blakboard using the "Build" and "Add SCORM Content". Please help!

Just thought I'd post about the experience a company I'm working with went through. They had just recently purchased Blackboard version 9 and we ran into the same problem. We reported it to Blackboard tech support. They had me test it in Firefox and the course loaded fine. However, we could not get it to load in IE. It took almost three weeks of them working on the issue and us following up but they finally came back to us late last week and said they had corrected the issue and reset/reloaded our system overnight. I don't know what they ended up doing but if you can't get it to load give Blackboard a call and try from that direction. I did not have to do or change anything to the Articulate SCORM package, just load it as you described above.
