*.GIF Image Not Showing on Slide

Mar 08, 2011

Hi - we just recently upgraded to '09 and love it.  However, I am noticing that my main logo (*.GIF) does not appear on my first slide.  I have searched the forums and did not find anything related to my problem.  TIA!

Hi Brian, I have tried everything.  I tried saving the picture in other formats with no help.  You see, when the picture is in *.gif format, the canvas is transparent and only the logo shows.  If the image is in, say, *.jpg, then you see a black border around my logo.  Not pretty

I have attached the *.gif file for review, if you think it would help.
