I am using Crazytalk Animator 3 to create GIFs of characters, and putting them in my PPT. In Powerpoint, they play once as they should. In Presenter, the loop forever (even though they are created in Crazytalk with the LOOP ONCE box checked. I have also downloaded GIFs from PresenterMedia set to loop once, and they do the same thing. How do I fix this? Very annoying.
I'm not incredibly experienced in working with gifs, but I did finda thread where a user mentioned a particular command that needed to be included in the file. You'll notice that thread is for Storyline, but the command might work in Presenter, too.
If that doesn't help, you may want to try and post the Articulate Package and the .gif file here for others in the community to take a look at.
