When I am previewing the slides the glossary tab is there but the terms and definitions are empty. I have made sure the slide properties says glossary on.
How do I make sure the glossary shows up the whole time?
A QA report was just shared with me, so I wanted to pop in to ask if you are seeing the same behavior when published as we are aware of a similar issue of the items not showing up during preview.
Wanted to mention that in case you are unable to share your file :)
Hello, three years later, I am having the same problem. I can see the glossary in the Player menu but when I preview one specific slide, it is not displaying. It displays correctly in all of the other slides in the project. I tried to emulate the settings but cannot see what I am missing in this particular slide.
If it's only one slide that isn't showing the glossary take a look at the individual slide properties and ensure it's enabled there, or not set to something custom that would prevent it from appearing.

Thank you for your response. I actually just checked again and now in preview the glossary terms and definitions are showing up :).
