Graphic not publishing properly

Hi. The following graphic is not publishing properly. This is what it looks like before publishing:

And after publishing.

So you can see I am loosing lines, boxes etc. Nothing in this image is grouped.

Has anybody had this happen to them before. Any fixes that anybody knows of?

First, may I ask if you have tested your published output in the environment in which it will ultimately be accessed, and are you seeing the same behavior there? And, have you had a chance to run through the troubleshooting steps listed here, as well?
