Through one of my environments that my users take courses through, a training pc, mp4 and flv embedded videos are playing pink and green and blurry. I have 4 computers, 2 of which are working and the others are not. In the other envirnoments, corp pc, mac and thin client, the videos work fine. Browser, Java and Flash verisons all appear to match and I am running out of ideas on why this is the case. I believe this isnt an Articulate issue but rather a computer issue but I cant seem to find a solution. Any help?
On a machine that has the problem, give this a try. Right click the content, choose Settings... and under the Display Tab uncheck the box for Enable hardware acceleration.

Also, my Articulate 09 courses with mp4 and flv embedded work fine. The issue is with my Articulate 13 courses.

Also - have folks hit this site and report their Flash player version. There is a chance they have an older version of the plug-in.
