Hi, Gary -- thanks for confirming that you are working locally, and no luck with the other troubleshooting steps, I take it? Please feel free to share your file here in the thread by clicking the Add Attachment button in the bottom left corner of the reply box, and we'll check it out.
Hi, Gary -- I'm sorry, but when you reply via email, your file does not attach here in the thread. Please click on the grey VIEW button from within the email, as opposed to REPLY. Clicking VIEW will bring you into the thread itself, where you can then click ADD ATTACHMENT in the bottom left corner and Browse for your file from there.
Or if you wish you submit your file privately to me, you are welcome to do so using this form. Either way will work, and when I receive it, I will check it out and let you know what I find. :)
Hi, Gary -- Just wanted to check in to see if you just submitted a case to Support for this thread a few moments ago today (#00610165)? I will follow up with you via email as well, but some of the details on the ticket were a bit unclear to me, so I thought I should reach out to you here in the thread itself so I have a touchstone for the original issue.
Thanks for the update, Gary -- I will pass the new case to our Support Engineers and they will be in touch to assist you further as soon as possible! :)

Hi, Gary -
Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues, but can you please confirm that you are working locally? Please also see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13, as well as How to Repair Articulate Studio '13.
Please let me know if that helps, and you are welcome to share your file here or a sample so that we can take a look if issues persist.
Yes, I am working locally.

Hi, Gary -- Could I trouble you for the .ppt or .pptx file itself, please?
No thanks. You can close this case.
I sent it to our in house specialist and they resolved it.
Thanks for the update, Gary, and I am delighted to hear you are all set! :)

No, I submitted a new case.
The new case has to do with a video Web Object that doesn't play in Chrome,
but plays in IE and Mozilla.
