When shape effect is applied to caption, AND it is grouped with a text box, AND the group has an animation, it gets messed up. Is this a known issue? If so, can this be fixed in future releases?
My workaround this time is going to be to copy/paste as PNG, because I'm on such a tight deadline, but that is an annoying process to follow all the time, because whenever you want to edit text, you have re-do the process.
There are some known issues with grouped objects. Would you like to Create an Articulate Presenter Package and upload the zip file to us so that we can get a closer look at it? You can do that here:
