#h2 in URL

I have some URLs in my course that end with html#h2
but when a user clicks on one of those links in the published course, the webpage does not display and the URL that displays in the address bar of the browser has the "#" removed so it ends in htmlh2
How can I get the # to stick when the course is published?
I am using Presenter in Articulate Studio '13.

Hi Lisa!
This is actually an issue with any URL with a # sign. Our QA Team is aware of this issue and as a workaround, I would recommend utilizing a service like bit.ly to create a shorter link.
You can also execute some javascript. This will work with bookmarks.
<code>
window.open("http://website.address.com#bookmark");

Hi Ina!
As mentioned above, this is an issue that lies in the hands of our QA Team. I do not have an update to provide at this time. You are welcome to utilize the bit.ly workaround that I shared above.
JavaScript is not something I'm familiar with, so hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist you.
