Having Course Display as "Complete" in LMS reporting

Jul 01, 2019

I am using Articulate Presenter to create eLearning.  Recently, I began having a "table of contents" page with buttons linked to the different topics in my eLearning.  Once the learner completes a topic they come back to the "table of contents" page and can click another button to link to another topic.  My employees love the format but when I review the reports in my LMS is always says its "incomplete".  I think it is because its not a linear eLearning from page 1 to page 10 for example but rather an eLearning where the learner is jumping around within the content.  Does anyone know what I can change to make this type of training show as complete in my LMS once all slides have been visited/reviewed?

Hi Laura,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you're running into.

I'm curious how you have the tracking set for your course? If you're tracking by the number of slides viewed, you may want to reduce this number if there's a chance the learners are not touching all the slides.

You could also upload and test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if you're getting the same result. This will help you identify if the issue lies within the course or the LMS.
