I'm a fairly new Articulate user and have viewed the tutorial on inserting a .flv file into a PowerPoint presentation. My problem is that when I'm in PowerPoint and select the Articulate tab, nothing works. I click Flash Movie and don't get a popup with the file names.
Even when clicking Help and Support nothing happens. I'm using PowerPoint 2010 and Presenter 09.
