Having technical issues

Hi there 

When going to publish or preview a presentation I am getting this message

PowerPoint experienced a serious problem with the "articulate presenter ribbon" add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?

I did an installation repair yesterday and it hasn't helped. I have put in a support request but wondered if anyone else had encountered this problem.

I've had it a few times, but just followed the instructions here to repair.
