Having trouble removing Annotations - Help?

Sep 12, 2012

Hello,

Could you possibly direct me – I had added annotations to a slide I was working in – but then decided I no longer wanted to apply the annotation – I can’t seem to remove the annotation though?

I have been as far as deleting and re-creating the affected slide as a new slide from scratch, but the annotation simply shifted onto the next slide in the presentation.

I had also – from the ribbon – tried clicking “clear all” and re-annotating without applying the annotation – i.e. it would generate the annotation on run time, but I never placed any items onto the slide.

How do I get rid of the 5 very committed arrows?

Hi David,

Sounds like something might be fishy. Since you mentioned it skipping to the next slide, it could be an issue with your slide master (if you're using one). You can check this out for more info on that.

Otherwise, is the course something you'd be able to send to us so we can take a closer look and try to help out? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
