Hellp! Quiz not working when published

Hi there,
I'm having several problems with publishing my course. Right now the most urgent one is that the last quiz isn't working. When we get to that slide, it looks like it's been completed (the time line is filled in) but the screen is blank and it won't even let us move on, telling us we have to complete the quiz first. There are other quizzes in the course that worked but this one isn't. Can someone help with why this might be?
I am also having issues with publishing to CD. Client has no internet and plan is to publish to CD and install on laptops for multi unit retailer (200 laptops). But when we do this we have issues with Flash saying there's a problem with security. Help!
Advice hugely appreciated!
Pam

Hi Pam,
For the issue with the blank quiz screen within your course, I'd recommend sending us your project files so that one of our support engineers can take a closer look. You can Create an Articulate Presenter Package and upload the zip file here:

As for viewing content on a CD, the end user must have an Internet connection.
I had confirmation in the past from Articulate that the end user did NOT need an internet connection. Please tell me this is actually the case because this is a huge project.
Who can I speak to?
Sorry for the misunderstanding, Pam. In order to track your users results, they would have to have an Internet connection. For them to simply play the published content, they should be able to run the .exe file the published content produces to ensure the presentation runs correctly and does not encounter any security errors.
Hi there,
I just spoke to someone at Articulate again, and they told me if I publish to CD, I do not need internet access. Please confirm.
That's correct, Pam. I misunderstood your original question. They don't need an internet connection. And in order to not receive a Flash security warning, they'll need to launch the presentation via the .EXE file that is in the published output.
