HELP! Articulate annotations tool stopped working

Hello to everyone, today, while finalizing  a course, Articulate annotations tool left me... I'm stuck!!

I thought it could be a problem with the .ppta, may be something went wrong during the saving process...

No. no problem at all with .ppta files (fortunately!!!) Microsoft Powerpoint, when launching "Sync annotations" or "Add annotations"... hangs on the "Loading slide properties..." Status....

It happens also with new presentations.

I reinstalled Articulate Studio 5 times (always choosing the "REINSTALL" option to repair my installations....uninstalled Microsoft C++ redistributable 2005 runtime...and let Articulate Setup reinstall it.

What can I do????

furthermore, I lost all my Articulate customizations, playlists, logos, custom templates...

WHAT IS WORST IT IS THAT ARTICULATE.COM IS NOT WORKING, SO THERE IS NO KB I CAN READ, NEITHER I CAN UNINSTALL COMPLETELY AND REINSTALL STUDIO.

WHAT HAPPENED TO articulate.com domain????

What can I do to solve my problem???

Hi Stefano, and really sorry for the trouble. Articulate.com seems to be working fine from my end. Are you still not able to see it? What browser are you using?

As far as the annotations issue, there are a couple things you can try here and here. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for further help.

Hello Peter, it must have been some DNS change... after a few hours, the website was up and running... (community.articulate.com never stopped responding, and so did support.articulate.com; that's why I thought it was something about the www hostname...)

Thanks for your hints; I uninstalled Studio and Office, and reinstalled everything, an reinstalled Flash player, but without cleaning anything...

hopefully a "clean" reinstall will help me...
