I may just be living an Articulate nightmare. Yesterday when I switched on my machine I got a "NTLDR is missing" message
So I take it to IT and they get everything back except my Articulate folder that I had saved in my C drive under "My Documents" My quiz folders etc are also gone
My question is...if I re-install the software as I am in the process of doing will everything come back? Or is it back to the drawing board?
By default, Articulate will publish output to the My Documents > My Articulate Projects folder. However, this can easily be changed.
Your source files (.ppta, .intr, .quiz, .ppt or .pptx) should be saved on your machine somewhere. If you saved the files in the My Documents > Articulate folder that your IT team didn't back up, then you may be out of luck.
Oh dear. Thanks for the response, Brian. They are still searching for the My Articulate Projects folder. I back up every singl as prompted e day and have No idea as to why it has not saved.....
