Hi has anyone had trouble activating Articulate Presenter 13? I have a serial number that was given to me back in September 2016 but I forgot to install and activate. Do the serial numbers have an expiry. When I put it in the Activate button remains greyed out and doesn't work if I click on it. I would appreciate any help.

Were you able to get this fixed? I found a Work Around solution if not? You need to do a Manual Reactivation. Sure saved time after spending 3 days trying to getting Articulate support to fix the issue!
