I published just as instructed by the tutorials and uploaded the files to our LMS but when I go to preview I keep getting a PAGE NOT FOUND error. Why would this be happening? I've attached an image that lists the published files.
I'm fairly new to Articulate 13 and have been having a number of problems. I have yet to upload a course to our LMS using this version. If anyone can help, I would so greatly appreciate it!
Yes. I am. I figured out the problem though. It seems it wasn't an Articulate problem afterall. The launch file for the LMS had to be updated for the Articulate zip file. Thank you for the assistance though!!
Hi Sindy, Am also getting the same messgae, even i tried Lesslie Mckerchie method of zipping the file. If possible can you explain how do you map the LMS. Thanks in advance
This thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure if Sindy is still subscribed to this thread.
You are welcome to utilize the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if needed.
Sounds like you are now zipping the file from the Publish Successful dialog box as I assisted Sindy with here and you are just not sure how to get this working on your LMS? Have you reached out to your LMS team for assistance with this?
