I was having problems with my computer so my IT group created a new profile for me on my laptop and now I can't access any of my Articulate Studio 09 software. It wants me to Activate my serial number, but I've already done it with the other profile on this computer.
You'll need to either get the software uninstalled from the other profile, or contact our support team so they can free up your license. They'll be happy to get you back up and running
