I'm at the last stages of publishing my course and now when I click on the publish button all of the options are blank! There is nothing on the left except white space - all drop downs are blank and when I click Publish nothing happens!!
Glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue! Just so you know, a quicker solution is to close PowerPoint, go into your Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete), select the Processes tab, and end each of the AP6.exe processes that you see.
Same issue as James... no instances of AP6.exe AND I've re-started my computer numerous times over the last two weeks. No resolution.
Also, I've disabled/enabled the Articulate add-in several times and even re-installed Articulate Presenter. Nothing seems to help.
Here are some screen shots. The publish window is completely blank, and when I try to populate the fields manually, the windows display text layered on top of each other.

Hi Bambi,
The issue occurs when there are multiple AP6.exe processes running in the background. You can resolve the issue by restarting your computer.

Can you please perform a repair installation of Articulate Studio '09 to see if it resolves your issue? Here's how:

***Note*** If you are prompted to locate a file during the reinstall process, you will need to perform a reinstall by following the steps below:
1. Download Studio '09 here:
http://www.articulate.com/downloads/09/
2. Save the file to your desktop.
3. Double click the installer and select Reinstall.
4. Restart your computer.
