Help! What's up with "Text Labels" in "Player Templates"?

Oct 03, 2012

Hi everyone,

I have a very specific question about the "text labels" feature in the Player Templates option in Presenter.  I've created a course that's in French.  So, I want the text labels to be in French, too.

I know that to do that, I need to go to "Player Templates", select "Text Labels", and make sure that the Language selected is "French".  Then, when you get the prompt to save the changes, you click "yes".

I have done this several times to no avail.  When I publish the course, I get the following result.  I circled the remaining English words for ease of reference.

Everything else is in French, it's just this part of the course template itself that remains in English.  I have tried deleting my browser history, and that didnt' work.  Then I published the course and FTPed it, and asked a co-worker to look at it from his computer.  Here's the link: http://www.crslearns.com/testfiles/CST_FR/player.html

He said he saw the same words in English as well, so it's not just my computer.

I've tried everything I can think of.  I've never had this problem with the Player Template/text labels feature before.  Anyone have experience with this problem in Articulate Presenter?

Thank you for any light and fixes you can shed on this, Barbara
