I have a Launch_Presentation.exe file that I need to load into my LMS but the LMS people said it needs to be published as a SCROM 1.2 file. I can't open the file in PowerPoint so I'm not sure how to convert it to a SCROM 1.2 file. Any help or if I can be pointed in the right direction to find how to do it would be helpful. I'm stumped and the person that did it initially is out on FMLA and cannot be contacted and I'm new to the Articulate/LMS world.

It sounds like the Presenter project was published to CD vs. LMS and that is why you see an executable file.
You cannot modify the published output and convert it to another format. It would need to be re-published to the LMS format.
Are you able to track down the Presenter Package Zip file that the original author created and used to publish? That would have the PowerPoint file for you to open and re-publish to the LMS.
