I have a master deck, but with several varieties of the presentation where certain slides are hidden. What happens is when I go to save the deck and then hide/unhide select slides the video inserted via Articulate becomes invalid and doesn't play. Also, when opening said deck all my inserted videos, when put to the back layer ALL get moved to top layer, so I have to then go through and re-layer each slide.
Not good when client calls back and tells me certain slides have no content video!!!
Please tell me there is an update patch coming for this!!!!!
What update of Presenter 13 are you using? I know this was previously an issue with audio, and was fixed as a part of Update 4 - although installing that update won't restore missing audio, but it'll prevent audio loss in the future.
You also mentioned layering the videos, and I'm not sure I'm clear on what you're setting up there - so it may be best to take a look at the overall Presenter package. Are you able to share it with us here?
Yup - just wasn't sure if it was something similar, so thought I'd check to confirm which update of Presenter you're using as well. But if you can send us the Presenter package that'll be the best option.

Hi Ashley,
I am not talking audio, but imported video using the Articulate ribbon. Will send you the file for review.
