I found Jeanette's tutorial on how to hide a slide in the old version of Presenter, but that approach doesn't work in 2013. How do we hide a slide in the outline tab in Presenter 2013?
If you open the Player options from the Articulate menu and select the Menu option you will see a list of all your slides (or select the Menu option at the bottom of Slide Properties)
At the bottom is an icon that looks like an eye, select the slide you want to hide and click the eye - this will hide the slide title in the menu.
