How do I delete narration? I read a post that the only way to do this is to click "import audio" and then navigate to a slide and click "remove". This worked fine (although round a bout way to do it) until the my 3rd attempt and now I get this weird screen (see inserted image). I'm new to articulate but so far I'm finding it very buggy.
Be sure that your presentation is located on your local hard drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB (external) drive can cause erratic behavior, including loss of resources.

Hi Keith,
That screen means that you have multiple ap6.exe processes running in the background. Restarting your computer will resolve the issue.
Okay I did that and now all of my audio narration is missing?
Hi Keith,
If you are working in Presenter '09 and notice that your audio is missing, please review the following article which outlines possible solutions:

Yes I saw these suggestions. I ended up just re recording my audio.
