how do I get a published presenter document to my learners

Jan 11, 2018

I have completed a presentation with Articulate 13 studio. I started out with a PPT document, and added a quiz at the end and a engage interaction in the middle and I even added a video to one of the slides. I published it, but how do I send it to other students. The document I have saved shows information slides for the two article slides. Can you please help!!

Hi Dana,

Is this your first project? If so, congrats! 🌟

When you're all done and have published the content you'll want to upload somewhere to give it a test. If you published for Web, one option for testing would be to upload to Tempshare a free, testing platform that'll keep your content live for 10 days.

If you've published for a Learning Management System (LMS), and you're not ready to upload to your LMS - give SCORM Cloud a try. Again, free for up to 100MB upload and a standard for how SCORM/AICC/Tin Can API should work.

If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you may run into security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. So the best option is to test in the "real world" where it will live some day - there's a few other options linked in this article too.

Hope that helps and we'll see ya around the E-Learning Heroes Community!
