How do I get rid of the click sound when a slide advances automatically or when a user clicks Next in my course? There's no clicking sound in the .wav file.
I am using Studio '13. The sounds are on each and every slide in the presentation but not on the quiz. I ended up using the audio editor to edit out the clicks there. It was y time consuming. It's odd because when I play the .wav files on their own, there is no click. Any explanations? How can I ensure that there are no clicks in the future? Thanks.
Hi Betty! I'm glad that you were able to sort something out in order to proceed, but I'm not familiar with this issue. Was your .wav file a screen recording of some type?
We are experiencing this exact issue right now. Audio files do not have the click in them, outputted course has them. If we go into audio editor, I can see a visible "click" getting added to the beginning of each audio file.

Hi Betty and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
What version of Studio are you utilizing, Studio '09 or Studio '13? Are the sounds on an interaction or quiz?
