I add a URL in the Resources area, and it tests fine in there, but when I publish and click on the link, nothing happens. This same link worked fine in Articulate Studio 09.
Hello Ellen, are you testing the published content locally from your hard drive or loading it up to a web server? The adobe flash player will prevent a lot of this type of functionality from working when playing back locally.
So we need to upload to a serveer to test the Web links? In this case, the judges may be viewing the course locally... I guess we can let them know that if they do that, the links won't work. Thanks!
Hi Ellen, you might be able to test by using the publish to CD option. It puts a wrapper around the Flash which allows you to run the course locally without encountering those nasty playback issues.

To Nancy's point, there are some options for publishing locally and free options to upload to web, all listed here - http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/publishing-and-sharing-articulate-storyline-content
