Are you referring to the seekbar, that shows up along the base of your slide, in the player itself? If so, you can modify what elements display on a slide-by-slide basis, if you'd like.
For example, if you go to "Slide Properties" and select the slide you'd like to modify, you can adjust the options on the right-hand side:
